        Are there limits on the amount of money I can send by Interac e-Transfer?

        There are daily, weekly and monthly sending limits. Please log in to online banking and check the Interac e-Transfer page for the most current information.

        Are there any fees for using photo deposit?

        Our mobile banking app is free to download and Servus doesn't charge you for using it, but some transactions, including photo deposits, may incur a charge depending on the type of account you have.

        Why is there a hold on the money I just photo deposited?

        Holds may apply when you deposit cheques using photo deposit or at an ATM. This means that you will not have access to some or all of the money you deposited for a few business days. Contact us to learn more about our hold policy.

        If you need access to the money right away, don't use photo deposit or an ATM to deposit the cheque. Instead, take the cheque to the nearest Servus branch to deposit.

        What if I have forgotten my online banking user ID or password?

        No problem - with our recovery and reset tools you can follow some simple steps to verify your identity and retrieve the info you need to get signed in.

        What do I do if I'm locked out of online banking?

        To protect your confidential information, your online banking access will be locked after too many unsuccessful attempts to sign in or recover your User ID.
